Through selected vendors, your RAM team can provide all of the required services to create, service, communicate, and assure regulatory compliance of your company’s qualified retirement plans.

An extensive initial evaluation of current programs to identify areas of concern and opportunity, including compliance and reporting, plan expenses, investment performance, efficiency of administration, and the effectiveness of employee communication. We assess your plan as a part of overall compensation planning and budgetary objectives, and identify opportunities to cost effectively improve your plan provisions and services.

With mergers and acquisitions, we work closely with our legal partners during the due diligence process to identify and rectify all existing compliance problems with predecessor employer plans which you may control, as a result of the acquisition.

We assist you to develop and implement effective employee communications programs specific to your employees, and designed to minimize fiduciary exposure.
